Biography / Administrative HistoryErnestine (Forward) Pike (1887-1950), daughter of Ernest Edward Forward and Tryphena (Butt) Forward, was born at Carbonear on 24 April 1887. She married Arthur S. Pike at Carbonear on 25 September 1913 and had 3 sons: Ernest Fletcher Pike, Arthur Pike Jr. and Ralph Forward Pike. She died at Providence, Rhode Island on 22 March 1950.
Scope and contentFront view of Empire Stores with people, possibly employees, standing in the doorway. The woman in the white dress may be Ernestine (Forward) Pike.
