| Biography / Adminsitrative History | Dr. C.A. Forbes, son of Dr. R.E. Forbes and Elizabeth (Cowan) Forbes, was born December 8th, 1890. He married Irene (Matthews) Forbes (1887-1955), daughter of William and Julia (Sweetman) Matthews, in September, 1914. They had four children: Kathleen (born 1916), Vivian (born 1918), Clive (born 1921) and Lloyd (born 1924). Dr. Forbes died on January 11th, 1956, exactly one month after his wife passed away. Clive married Evelyn Jepson. |
