| Biography / Adminsitrative History | Dr. C.A. Forbes, son of Dr. R.E. Forbes and Elizabeth (Cowan) Forbes, was born December 8th, 1890. He married Irene (Matthews) Forbes (1887-1955), daughter of William and Julia (Sweetman) Matthews, in September, 1914. They had four children: Kathleen (born 1916), Vivian (born 1918), Clive (born 1921) and Lloyd (born 1924). Dr. Forbes died on January 11th, 1956, exactly one month after his wife passed away. |
