DescriptionFormer Wyse property, Placentia. Discussed by Elaine Murray in audio interview. William Wyse's (d.1947) root cellar was located at back of bigger white house on left, roughly adjacent to the extension has was added to the house after cellar was removed (approximate middle of frame). A concrete cellar built by William's nephew John Wyse (not visible in picture) is located behind the smaller white house with brown roof on the right. The land surrounding the properties indicates the location of former gardens.
