It

built

1980
by
Bill
Duggan
and has been
inactive
since
2010.
Bill
used
to
grow
his
own
vegetables
, but has not been
physically
able
to
since
2008.
Today
they
purchase
vegetables
from the
local
meat
man.
There
is
one
vent
located
in a
back
corner
of the
cellar.
This
is
simply
a
piece
of
black
piping
that
allows
airflow
to the
outside.
The
cellar
is
constructed
out
cement
with a
shed
on
top
that has a
hatch
entrance.
The
cement
walls
of the
cellar
are
eight
inches
thick
