Description	Former root cellar located in Upper Island Cove built in 1951 by James McCarthy (1916-1996). Currently owned by James McCarthy's nephew, Leo McCarthy. Cellar was used to store carrot, potato and turnip grown on property until the late 1990s. Approx. 2009, the underground cellar was filled in but the shed continues to be used for storage.
