DescriptionThe Etheridge Point Festival starts with a flotilla, which is a parade on water. This floatilla had close to 20 boats which all went out past Brooks Point on the south side of Joe Batt's Arm, then created a line and come into the fish plant which is right in front of Etheridge Point Park.
