NotesThis explanation of how the Place was built is not intended to be a detailed historical account. It is a general overview of how land would have been cleared further from the Gut as the population grew. Nashs still live at the Gut, most Powers live on the Hill, Roche and ORourke are generally Over the Road family names. However, these are only general observations and different family names are found in all areas of the Place.
