SummaryPart three of a play portraying the impact of the decision of Fishery Products in 1983 to close its fish processing plant in Burin, Newfoundland. A struggle to reverse that decision ensued, an all-out attempt to preserve the livelihood of the community. The Burin Action Committee, at their meeting of August 12, 1983, passed a resolution to seek a group that would create a play, "about the struggle to save their fishery and the historic, social, cultural and economic realities of their town". (Theatre program) Directed by Charles Tomlinson; written and performed by Mary Abbott; Gerard Bailey; Frank Barry; Vicky Hammond; Glen Loder; Stephanie Squires; music: Ed Corcoran; Lighting: Flip Janes. Presented by the Resource Centre for the Arts, held at the LSPU Hall, St. John's, Newfoundland, in 1984
