| Scope and Content of Fonds | The papers detail the literary activities of Ray Guy, one of Newfoundland's most prolific writers, satirists, and political critics; particularly his columns for The Evening Telegram and other local publications. They provide a survey of the provincial public and political issues that demanded attention and commentary over the years, such as resettlement, industrialization, and the political antics of Joseph R.
