| Summary | The search for the grave of the last of the Beothuk Indians, set in the Red Indian Lake region of Newfoundland. A young girl (Bernadette Buchans) believes she is a descendent of Mary March, (Demasduit) thought to be the last of the indigenous Beothuks on the island. She and her father search for the grave of her mother. They are joined by an archaeologist/ photographer who also believes she is related to the tribe. |
