AbstractMost of this book deals with the subject of poultry keeping, with chapters dedicated to getting the tastiest flesh, cockfighting and game poultry, breeding and rearing chickens, and the quality control of the breeding stock. Other chapters include sections on disease and egg hatching, as well as rearing young chickens. One section, however, deals with swine, cows, and beekeeping, as well as privately brewing malt liquor or beer.
