AbstractThis pamphlet is in the form of a letter from The Hague to a foreign minister in London during the year 1747. The Austrian War of Succession is discussed, as well as other political events in Europe. The Treaty of Utrecht is also mentioned throughout this book, including a brief section discussing the acquisition of Louisbourg, Cape Breton. Discussions on English relations with France, Holland, and Russia are also included.
