DescriptionThis is the model of a Portuguese crosshanded or single man row dory. The measurements for the model were taken from a dory nested on the deck of the Portuguese banker "Ignacia Cuna." As Portuguese fishermen have recently become engaged in a more sophisticated type of fishing a different type of boat is being used; consequently the handsome and reliable little row dory can no longer be seen on the decks of Portuguese fishing vessels. Exterior: white with blue trim. Interior: blue with green trim. Colour on the digital reproduction varies.
