DescriptionThe 2 volumes in this work provide a detailed historical record of the services provided to the war effort in the Great War by employees of all branches of the Canadian Bank of Commerce. Volume 1 contains letters from various Canadian Bank of Commerce staff members while they served with the allied forces engaged in the war, and a list of all 1701 staff members who enlisted to fight, including the 258 who gave their lives.
