A two page document covering a meeting held by the Board of Governors of St. Francis Xavier University. At this meeting, a resolution was drawn up and passed giving the Board the authority to establish an international institute, and that the institute be known as the Coady International Institute. This meeting was held on November 29, 1959 at the Bishop's Residence in Antigonish.
