Sections include an explanation as to why Byng would have been forced to turn back to Gibralter, as well as discussion of his trial. This text was meant as an appeal to the British Parliament and public opinion on behalf of Mr. Byng.

It also prohibits any activity on Sunday that would require guns or weapons to be used.
