161. Woven berry basket, Conception Bay. Bottom of basket. 
 Woven berry basket, Conception Bay. Bottom of basket. Baskets; A woven basket belonging to Liz Hanrahan, which had belonged to her mother (born 1918), who was given the basket by her aunt, Laura Menchington of Conception Bay (DOB unknown). The age of the basket is unknown, but Hanrahan believes it was constructed c1900. The basket was always referred to as "Aunt Laura's berry picking basket".

164. Hillier plywood mill lunch basket (dark), Grand Falls-Windsor
 Hillier plywood mill lunch basket (dark), Grand Falls-Windsor Baskets; A plywood mill lunch box (dark in colour) belonging to Allan Hillier, Grand Falls-Windsor. This basket was used by Roy Hillier, Allan Hillier's father, who worked with the raiway as a conductor. This basket was constructed by Charlie Hillier, Allan Hillier's grandfather. The basket was constructed in the mid 1960s and the matierals used are plywood with birch handles and it has been patched with tape. The holes on the front are there to "vent the food" according to Hillier, in order to ensure the smell of a particular meal does not stay with the basket.

 L.Barker mill lunch basket, Grand Falls-Windsor Baskets; A mill lunch basket belonging to Louis Barker, Grand Falls-Windsor. This basket was used by Clarence Osmond, who worked with Penney Paving. The basket was constructed by Angus Gunn c1970. Material used is either broken off hockey sticks or pine.

168. Hillier plywood mill lunch basket (dark), Grand Falls-Windsor
 Hillier plywood mill lunch basket (dark), Grand Falls-Windsor Baskets; A plywood mill lunch box (light in colour) belonging to Allan Hillier, Grand Falls-Windsor. This basket was used by Hillier from 1973-2009, who worked as a labourer in the mill. This basket was constructed by Charlie Hillier, Allan Hillier's Grandfather, in 1973. Materials used is plywood.

169. Peddle mill lunch basket, Grand Falls-Windsor 
 Peddle mill lunch basket, Grand Falls-Windsor Baskets; A mill lunch basket belonging to David Peddle, Grand Falls-Windsor. Peddle worked in the mill as a shift millwright from 1967-2009. The basket was constructed by Angus Gunn in 1971 and the materials used are broken off hockey sticks with duct tape on the handles. Peddle also reinforced the basket with metal strips on the inside. This basket is personalized with pictures of Peddle's granddaughter, Rebecca Dawn, union stickers and his name is etched on the lid.

171. Tipple lunch basket, Corner Brook
 Tipple lunch basket, Corner Brook Baskets; This lunch basket belongs to retired railway worker Clayton Tipple. Tipple worked for the Newfoundland Railway (in both St.John's and Bay Roberts) from 1954 to 1990, and had worked his way to Trainmaster. This basket was constructed in 1965 and used until Tipple's retirement in 1990. The basket has been personalized with union stickers and what may possibly be a payroll or employee number, "602792-2". The creator and materials used are unknown. 20.5cmx18cmx35cm.

 Woven mill lunch basket, Grand Falls-Windsor Heritage Society, Grand Falls-Windsor Baskets; A mill lunch basket donated to the Grand Falls-Windsor Heritage Society by Jim Bishop. Possibly created by the Peterboro Basket Co. of New Hampshire, c1920. Wood used is Appalachian white ash. This basket belonged to an "E. Bishop" of Grand Falls-Windsor. 22.5cmx19cmx37.5cm

173. Wells mill lunch basket, Grand Falls-Windsor 
 Wells mill lunch basket, Grand Falls-Windsor Baskets; A woven mill lunch basket belonging to Neal Wells, Grand Falls-Windsor. This basket was used by Wells in the mill from 1946-1962, where he worked as a millwright in the machine shop. This basket was given to Wells by Robert Mouland but the creator, date of construction and materials used are unknown.

 Woven basket with lid and diamond curlique designs, Nova Scotia Baskets; A woven Nova Scoita Mi'kmaq basket with lid and diamond curlique designs. This basket is dyed red/pink, but this is only visible when the lid is taken off the basket. Creator and date of construction unknown. It is possible ash is the material used. 21cmx11cm.

 Wall pouch basket, Main Brook Baskets; A woven wall pouch basket constructed using flat and round reeds with a sea grass rim filler. The basket is stained with a combination of tung oil and Natural Minwax. Made by Helga Gillard, September 2011, in Main Brook.

 Woven basket, Nova Scotia Baskets; A woven Mi'kmaq witherod basket, made in Nova Scotia. Creator and date of construction are unknown. Materials used are red osier dogwood and wild willow. 24cmx16cm.
