(1 leaf ; 28 cm.). This sheet adds some additional information to the printed Acts.

Cramm's book is divided into two parts: an account of the Regiment's military actions (p. 18-115), followed by a listing of "the first five hundred" in alphabetical order, officers first, with a photograph if available. Also included are many other photographs as well as an account of the first Blue Puttee Reunion, 18 November 1920 (p. 119).
