Add enough Hour to make a dough stiff enough not toetiek to hands i and board : after (lour is all mixed in, turn mass cut on bread f board and knead two or three minutes ; let rise again about two and a half times its size, then mould lightly into pans, cover 4 well and let rise two and a half times its size. Hake in a mo- derate oven until loaf is nicely browned and feels light when taken out of pan.
