A shock of earthquake has been experienced in Bonn. Severe frost in Florida has damaged the frnit crop. Salisbury has summoned all supporters of the Government in the House of Commons to meet at the Carlton Club to-morrow to consider important matters. A statement of the policy of the new French Government was read yesterday, and the Chamber of Deputies voted confidence by 818 to 78. All members of the Prussian ministry resigned with Bismarck, and all members of the Imperial Ministry also. The difficulty between the Emperor and Bismarck arises from Bismarck's refusing to restore to the Duke of Cumberland, claimant to the throne of Hanover, a larger portion of the Guelph fund. The Liverpool dock strike is collapsing, tnd miners are resuming work on a small advance of wages. FROM CAPE RACE. r (Special to the " Evening Telegram.,,) ' Cape Race, This Evening.
