| Abstract | This book describes handmade pottery created in the United States. Several chapters also deal with the histories of several American cities, such as Boston, New York, and Washington. Another section of the book includes discussion of American nation builders and their work, such as George Washington, General Lafayette and Benjamin Franklin. The third section deals with the White House collection of presidential china, lists of American views found on pottery, and auction prices of blue china.
